1. Islamia college has received funds from Higher education commission (HEC) towards the cost of ORIC Centre ICP, and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this allocated fund will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for procurement of electronic equipment’s
2. Islamia College, Peshawarnow invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of the items given below during the financial year 2017-2018

3. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are in strict compliance with the provisions of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Act and its Rules.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Deputy Director, Procurement, ICP and may inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
5. A complete set of bidding documents in English for each package may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee PKR 500/-. The method of payment will be through cash.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 AM  24.04.2018.All bids must be submitted inclusive of all prevailing taxes as per government rules,along with detail of warranty, delivery period and bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price (in the shape of bank draft/pay order). Late bids, deviation from the ITB in the bidding documents  and incomplete/deficient bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened by the authorized committee in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 12:00 24.4. 2018. Islamia Collegereserves the right to increase the quantity of items equal to 15% of the contract price and reject any bid as per KPPRA Rules 2014.
