FACULTY OF SHARIAH AND LAW

“IN THE NAME OF ALLAH, THE MOST BENEFICENT, THE MOST MERCIFUL”

It is the moment of praising Almighty God, who showered his countless bounties over the Faculty of Shariah & Law. For it was started from a single classroom with few students in the First Batch. There were score of problems like non availability of whole-time faculty, classrooms, office, etc. But inspite of all the odd circumstances, the Faculty was moving forward with slow but steady progress.

Today, the Faculty is at its zenith. It is offering LL.B (Hon.) and LL.B Shariah & Law (Hon.). The Faculty is offering LLM (International Law & Shariah). The Faculty aims at starting LLD (International Law & Shariah). The Faculty is also offering one year Diploma in Shariah Law.  There is whole-time faculty with offices and a well-acquainted library. The number of students enrolled is more than seven hundred and the number is on the rise. I hope the Faculty will develop and progress with grace of Allah.
